Evidence:

Proposed amendment to the Constitution requiring Natural Born Citizenship for Congress in 1798.  Even though it was never enacted, it is significant because it was drafted immediately after the Naturalization Act of 1795 which repealed the error of the Naturalization Act of 1790.  This incontrovertibly proves that natural born citizenship is not the same as a "born citizen" with regards to eligibility for Office of the President of the United States otherwise, there would have been no need to consider this amendment to the Constitution.

AP = FAKE NEWS

The Associated Press promotes itself as “The Definitive Source”, however their attempt at fact checking the eligibility of Senator Kamala Harris for Vice President of the United States was a failed exercise from the start because it was based on Twitter chatter.  Instead of authoritative constitutional case law not authored for the sole purpose of arriving at a predetermined political outcome, the American public has been deluged with misinformation, disinformation (AKA FAKE NEWS), and outright lies repugnant to immutable TRUTH in order to subvert the rule of law.

Even though the Associated Press is a global news organization, it must recognize the U.S. Constitution as the law of the land with differing citizenship requirements for Congress and the President of the United States.  These eligibility requirements are not suggestions, nor have they been repealed.

Under the guise of a fact-checking effort, the AP proudly claims to wave around a copy of Harris’ birth certificate as proof of eligibility.  The journalistic code of ethics be damned after the AP previously allowed Obama as putative Commander-in-Chief to deny discovery for the same during the court martial of a highly decorated 18-year Army officer and war hero.  In accord with his solemn oath, LTC Terry Lakin was defending the U.S. Constitution.  However, as of election day, the AP was shamefully hiding what they claimed to be evidence “making her eligible” with a link to Harris’ birth certificate that led to a dead end.

EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT used to be synonymous with breaking news. Now, for the AP and those that follow its lead, the news is broken with PAGE NOT FOUND.

By virtue of both parents not being U.S. citizens at the time she was born, Senator Harris does not have sole-allegiance to the United States of America as required by the U.S. Constitution.
