ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
Established in 2019, the U.S. Allegiance Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit educational watchdog organization based in the United States of America. Our mission is simple:
Resolve to enforce Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.
The legal terms citizen and natural born citizen have been conflated in every branch of government and throughout the national discourse to nullify the restrictive interpretation that defines one’s natural allegiance to the nation. An oath is not synonymous with, nor does it ensure sole-allegiance.
When the Founders realized they were only second-class British citizens, they threw off their allegiance to Britain and adopted an entirely new way of governing. Instead of a monarchy, they created a republic and they based it on the laws of nature and of nature's God. To understand the Constitution, turn your attention to natural law and know that a natural born citizen is one by nature, not by man's law.
Efforts by the electorate to determine Article II eligibility for ballot access have been subjugated by passive negligence and active malfeasance on the part of all three branches of government. Petitions seeking redress have been appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court only to be answered with silence and repeated injury. This inability to enforce the natural born citizen qualification in Article II required for President, Commander-in-Chief of its Armed Forces, and Vice-President of the United States should not be mistaken for acquiescence.
Usurpation of the Office of the President of the United States as Commander-in-Chief of its nuclear arsenal is a Constitutional crisis and a national security threat to the Republic.
We resolutely submit these facts to a candid nation that all candidates for President and Vice President to be on ballots in the states must prove they are Constitutionally eligible to be elected.
